RYLA 2023

Friday, March 31, 2023 19:00 - Sunday, April 2, 2023 14:00, De Hoge Rielen - Kasterlee

At the start of the 21st century we’re confronted with many challenges!

Climate Change is showing undeniably in floods, wildfires and unseen periods of drought!

We see discrimination by ethnicity, religion, gender or political conviction resulting in Conflicts which are creating human suffering throughout all continents.

According to UNHCR hundreds of millions are displaced and seeking refuge.

No matter whether these events are created by man or just nature taking its course, the resulting displacements are putting strain on worldwide communities and causing a democratic deficit in societies.

To address these issues, we’ll have a need for a new leadership style and perspective.

The upcoming generation of political and corporate leaders will need to look beyond profit and short-term gain but will have to focus on the social cost and environmental impact of their goals and ambitions.

To maintain democracy and harmony there will have to be a focus on how to embrace and sustain acceptance for Diversity, Equity and Inclusion!

From 31/03 until 02/04/’23, the 2023 RYLA Servant Leadership Program will help you to acquire the competences which will enable you to grow into the leader, manager, coach or simply responsible individual that is motivated to strive for harmony and understanding no matter how and where you choose to become involved!

During a 3-day residential program adjacent to the Easter Holliday’s in 2023 you’ll have the chance to meet with youngsters your age in a vibrant group setting.

At the start of the program, you’ll get the chance to take a Professional Personality test to gain better understanding of yourself and your communication and leadership skills and talents.

There will be workshops, discussions, debates, meetings with influential coaches, charismatic keynote speakers AND most of all there will be FUN!

We’ll seek answers on how to address conflicts, how to create inspiring team settings for problem solving and how to create save environments that embrace Diversity, Equity and Inclusion!

There will be balance between earnest and well-earned time to socialize and relax!
